Milk🙃
Posting anonymously because wtf has happened! My daughter didn’t have her bottle of milk yesterday morning and I forgot to bring it downstairs to be washed and I left it on her changing table. Low and behold, 3am this morning I went to make her a bottle and poured her 8oz powder into the bottle, shook it up and gave it her without realising until this morning when I noticed we had a spare bottle. Will this damage her or do I just need to watch out for her nappies?

Im sure she will be fine... just maybe a bit of diarrhea if anything? I wouldnt be too panicked just more aware in future. 🥲 give yourself grace 💗

Then as Sasha said keep an eye out for tummy issues. Most likely will be fine as LOs immune system will be pretty good by now. You are allowed to be tired and make mistakes, we all do it. You arent a bad mum at all.
