Oranges do the job everytime for my girl !
I have this problem with my son. Although he eats fruits. I have had to be creative with prunes and pears, put them in homemade oatmeal bars and muffins. His poop is always hard and painful so his doctor recommended a laxative. This helps for a couple of days but when I stop using it, he is either constipated or has hard poop. I just started him on biogaia today. That was the second thing the doctor suggested. So maybe that can help. I ordered it on Amazon
Pears, peaches and prunes. Does he drink water? Pop some fruit (strawberries or kiwi) in water - may help him drink more. Try to limit sweet potatoes, pasta and bananas as they do not help x
Ooooohhhhhhhh please try Culturelle packets but the pack specially saying fiber + probiotic. Our dr recommend when I took my son to him for constipation and it has been a game changer!!!!

Hydration was key for my baby especially at this age as she was eating more solids and nursing less. Our pediatrician said 1oz of water for every month they are old… so up to 10oz
My friend told me his son had difficulty with pooping. They started giving him oranges after dinner. And it helped them so much.
