Starting potty training

How do I start introducing potty to my 16 mo? He gets so restless after a min of sitting on the potty and wants to get out ASAP 😂 I would like to start introducing it to him now but FTM so I'm clueless as to what to even do!!

Thank you so much!!!

👋☺ Hi. Here's a quick potty training video that will help you navigate thru this and help you determine when your child is ready to begin potty training and the signs of readiness to keep an eye out for so you dont miss your child's ideal window of opportunity. https://youtu.be/-TrGQi7r8gI Most toddlers are developmentally, physically & cognitively ready to begin potty training between 18 months and 2 years old. I've learned its never too early to introduce a potty and gently begin to familiarize a child with an important life skill such as toileting. Even if its just putting a small training potty out for your child to explore and get comfortable with so they can learn how to sit on it independently.
