Third Degree Tear

I am about 6 weeks pp with a third degree tear. I am feeling a lot better but when I have a bowel movement it still feels uncomfortable and a couple hours afterwards. I am using tucks and doing daily sitz baths. Anyone else experience this? How long until I’m back to normal 😭
