Sickness bug
My boy came home Thursday from school nursery with diarrhea then on Friday the diarrhea had stopped but he was vomiting all day he then went from Saturday evening all the way through to half 6 this morning so about 36 hours with no vomiting but then half 6 this morning he woke up coughing and picked up liquid with yellow in.
Any advice with if it’s still the bug as he went about 36 hours being fine with no sickness

Yh yesterday he ate lunch and dinner and snacks through out the day and wasn’t sick once last time he was sick was Friday evening after dinner and then again this morning
After sickness bug everything is more sensitive in the digestive track, and I find that it's more likely to gag from things like a cough. I think the cough mightve triggered the vomiting. But of course, monitor closely and call 111 if any cause for concern.
@Emandoh yeh he’s been being sick all day and not coughing before it but can’t keep food or water down, he’s quite tired and drinking quite a lot as well
Sounds like it's just a bit of bile coming up, has he managed to eat much in the 36 hours?
