Oh goodness lol I’m only two months postpartum 😂
lol just throw them in the dish washer and call it a day lol
Ik this is bad but I only did it once and said f it and never again
I do it whenever I can, but I have the bottle steam sanitizer from Philips so it’s easier. I have a friend who never did and their kids were fine!
With my first we did it only when we got new bottles or nipples after newborn stage (newborn we sanitized more frequently). With our second I just had a month ago ima be honest I’ve just been handwashing and calling it good
My first only once before use. I have three times since birth in 8/12 now other than that I’m only washing 🤷🏻♀️
I sterilize them after every use but I have a Dr browns sterilizer that makes it easier. You can turn it on and go do something else then come back to it and put them away. I wash them before I put them in there too. I wonder how necessary it is to sterilize them that often though. I’ve heard people that never did and their kids turned out just fine.
As a second time mom, just do it when you think they ✨need✨ it. Like oh I forgot to wash these bottles for two days cause dishes got crazy backed up and there was old milk in it.
i bought a dryer/sterlizer combo that also has a storage function that makes all the items good to be used within 72 hours. it makes it a lot easier to keep 2-3 days worth of bottles in there instead of having to sanitize a bottle for each use, one at a time. i do also breastfeed between feedings (or if im too lazy to pump or prep a bottle) AMZBABYCHEF Baby Bottle... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C9HDKP8C?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I did it once when I bought them and haven’t since 🫣 I just wash all her bottles and my pump stuff in really hot water and let it soak for a few minutes in the hot water and call it a day
Get the baby brezza washer pro (it power washes, sterilizes, then dries everything). Worth every penny in time saved and overall mental health. I use it with glass Dr. Brown's bottles.... just toss all the bottles parts in and push a button...go take a nap!
With my first, until he stopped using them. So, 1.5 years? 🤷🏽♀️
