Oo yum. How did you make the potatoes

dice up Yukon golds (or any potato you want), coat in oil, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano and rosemary (or Italian seasoning), bake at 425° for 15 minutes, toss them, and bake for an additional 10-15 mins. May vary depending on your oven!

What makes creamed spinach better? Because in theory it sounds worse
Is it better kinda like a sauce or like paired with a protein or starch?
Or do yall like it like it that you’d eat a bowl of it by itself?
I was looking up recipes and I could see me using it as like an “Alfredo” alternative
