@Gabrielle dice up Yukon golds (or any potato you want), coat in oil, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano and rosemary (or Italian seasoning), bake at 425° for 15 minutes, toss them, and bake for an additional 10-15 mins. May vary depending on your oven!

Or do yall like it like it that you’d eat a bowl of it by itself? I was looking up recipes and I could see me using it as like an “Alfredo” alternative What do yall do to make it bomb and irresistible?
