Only if the party 2 is the child of party 1. Otherwise every expense should be split equally, so there are no hard fillings

That math doesn’t work if Party 2 is supposed to be an adult. Major shared expenses should be split, including groceries. Party 2 eats those groceries, yes? They should be paying for them. The only exception I can think of is if Party 2 is handling the vast majority of child care and house chores in the house. Then there might need to be a more in-depth evaluation/negotiation. If not, Party 1 is straight up being taken advantage of.
