Expected more

I’m 30+2 and I haven’t been needing a wee much through the night like I’d read / expected. I perhaps wake up once in the night and I need to go straight away in a morning but that’s it. Baby is still moving but again no huge belly moving movements just kicks or punches that I’ve always felt. Do you think this is normal and I’m just comparing myself too much?

Normal, everyone is different. I was getting up so much at 26 weeks but now I’m 28 weeks I’m able to go to the toilet before bed and sleep the whole night without getting up and then just go in the morning. Was the same with my first child as well x

I’m exactly the same and had the same worries for a little while as everyone was asking me about it like it was standard. There’s still time for it to suddenly kick in but ultimately just enjoying the (almost) unbroken sleep!

I'm 31+3 and go maybe 1-3x a night depending on how much I drink etc amd often if I wake I just go anyway rather than a real need to. I find it worse standing up/walking now though since baby changed go head down. I also only get kicks and haven't had any huge movements but I do have an anterior placenta so may not get that as much. All babies and bodies are different :)

Thanks so much girls I’m glad others are the same! I will carry on enjoying my undisturbed sleep for now😂x

Absolutely jinxed this, was up at 4am for a wee and could barely get back to sleep 😹
