How long as she been on the medication? When my son had thrush it took about 2 weeks for it to go away. If it's been a few days I would call them and see what they suggest. For soft foods you can try smoothies, yogurt, fruit pouches.
It's been 4 days now but I feel like it's been a whole month 😭
Go doctors! My lil one had thrush and its clearing right up with the nystan medication they prescribed
@Bubbles Doctor also gave me Nystan medication so I haven't seen any change
Hmm well is she breast feeding? Apparently breast milk helps clear it up, blitz all her food so its more liquidy n smooth
Also nystan takes 2 days to start working and a week/ more to actually clear it! My daughter had to have a repeat prescription to fully clear it! :)
Remember you need to clean literally everything you are using that goes in here mouth after each time she puts it in. 4 days definitely isn't long enough to make a diffrence when it's as bad as it sounds your daughter has it. If you are breastfeeding make sure to apply some of the meds to your nipples as well cause you could just be passing it back and forth. We ended up getting more bottle nipples/ binkys so that I could rotate them better
Thank you so much mommies..My daughter is much better and nystan medication is helping her alot..Her Tongue is clearing and I was not using medication instructions correctly...I'm so happy to see my daughter playing and eating little by little.... I felt like I was going insane when seen her sick like that...
I’d go back to the dr, my little Boy had thrush he was given amoxicillin but I’d go back you have to be careful that have ever you use doesn’t advocate it some home Remedies how ever good can cause irritation as all babies are different.
