Same! I’m 6 weeks and did some squats lunges and walking but all body weight. I dove in too quickly after my first and it really set me back xx
3 weeks is really early! I started with walks and gradually increasing speed and distance as my body started to feel up for it. Then by week 4 I added assisted squats (holding onto a rail and sitting up and down on a bench) and yoga stretches. I let my body guide my movement and did what felt challenging but GOOD
At this stage walking I’d say. I had my 8 week pp checkup with GP before I went back to exercise xx
