I am in the same boat as you. My daughter started biting and breastfeeding a lot less. She is down to 3 feeds per day at the breast. She eats breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner for solids. Solid meals are the same ingredients as mine. Breakfast is usually mushrooms, spinach, egg scrambled with toast, banana, and water. Lunch is usually a tuna wrap, pbj, or leftovers with cucumber sticks and an orange. Snack is usually puffs, Cheerios, or a fruit pouch. Dinner is usually some sort of protein, grain, and veggie. She drinks around 8 oz of water per day. I’m not sure how much she eats from breastfeeding per session but it isn’t a whole lot. I felt the same way worrying about her nutrition but she is doing all of this naturally because her nutritional needs are becoming met with solids and that is good! Do you have a lactation center you could call to just get more mental support for yourself?
My son is starting to do this as well and he lost a bit of weight 😭😭
Babies naturally start eating more the older they get and more teeth they have. At least most do. My baby just hit 11 months on the first and has been naturally weaning himself for awhile. He eats whatever I eat. Eggs, yogurt, meat, rice, toast, literally anything I eat he it’s just in a smaller and feeds me portion.
