I’m in the midst of this too! I would just try get into a good routine with your hair. Don’t style it too much. I currently derma roll my scalp and then use oil from a company called hair syrup. I also use a shampoo brush to stimulate. Noodles to my scalp once the oil is in or when shampooing… and I shampoo twice to get all the oil out I also use a hair mask once a week and sit with a shower cap on for 20/30 mins. I don’t use any heat and use silk scrunchies or clips to tie it up. At night I plait my hair and use a satin bonnet to stop the friction from my pillow pulling more out! Am I paranoid…probably…but since doing this I’m starting to see hair growth already and I have thin hair before pregnancy 😂 wish me luck
