Day care

Hi! I’m looking into daycare now that I have 2 littles. I need it for 1-2 times a week for health related appointments. Dental, therapy, ect. I don’t know where to begin. Can anyone help? Do I need to apply to government services prior to choosing a daycare so that it will be cheaper? Do day cares even allow you to use their services for only a max of 4 hours a week? I need help 😓
