Avoid sexual intercourse until your placenta is in a better position and avoid lifting heavy things and exercise
Also may mean if it doesn’t move you might need a caesarean! I’m currently 32 weeks pregnant and had my scan today to check if it had moved and it hasn’t. I’m going back in 4 weeks for my 36 week scan and if it hasn’t moved I’ll be having a c section. X

Me too. It just means it’s close to the cervix. They also told me it should move away from the cervix the more your pregnancy progresses. Placenta previa is different and worse - that one means the placenta fully covers the cervix. This can lead to bleeding and premature labour
