I stay with a maternity bra on most times

I would leave your nursing bra on

I read somewhere that you should remove your bra…but u suppose leaving nursing bra unfastened should be fine too

Muslin square mop ups...baby won't mind a bit of leaky milk :) xxx

Milk is good for both of your skin lol either leave on a nursing bra or let it leak. I used to put a towel under me and dab the leaks from time to time
