Just swirl/mix it together… the specs are fat that separated out (breast milk is not homogenized like cows milk we buy at the store)
You'll find it much easier to mix that seperated fat back in once you warm it for drinking.
Yeah it's just because the fat has separated slightly. It's perfectly fine to use Cow's milk would do the exact same thing if they didn't put it through a homogenisation process
You can still use it the fat separates naturally when it’s left to sit in the fridge or freezer
