This is the age where they can be dropped off at some activities. If you are active in church-do they have childcare that you can use? Try the y- many have preschool classes. Some cities/towns/rec departments have preschool sports. If you can find a drop off program, that will free up some time for you for self care. Instead of reaching for a cocktail, try doing some self care first and maybe you won't want it.
Depending on how old the kids are, put them to sleep early like 8 and do something for yourself. Take a relaxing bath with candles, wash your hair, shave. In the mornings wake up before your kids if possible and journal, dress up even if you don’t go anywhere. Also exercise it helps with postpartum. It sounds like that’s what you’re experiencing.
It’s good that you recognize the problem. Your next step is asking for help from those around you. Possibly look into therapy or AA. I wish you the best of luck
