Development questions.

I have a question about my son’s development. He is 12 months, and I think he’s behind developmentally. I know he’s still little and things can turn around quickly. But he doesn’t know any gestures no matter how hard I try. He can just about clap ( in his own funny way, he can’t actually do it properly but will do it in his own way at appropriate times) but that’s about it. He doesn’t wave, point, or anything like that. He’s always been an over achiever at moving- rolling over, crawling and walking very early. I also have a few other concerns about his development - he’s always head banging against walls and furniture, so hard but doesn’t stop! Constantly shaking his head really fast ins. “No” motion, and he does strange things with his eyes, so he’ll put his head down and his eyes up, almost looking like he’s possessed😂 Are there’s all things he will grow out of, am I just being overly anxious? I love him to death I just don’t want to be brushing off something that I should be looking into, or worrying about something I don’t need to worry about. if you took the time to read this, thank you!
