I don’t have a sad light but the Lumie wake up clock and find it so good to be woken with the light and would recommend. The other suggestion if not already taking is Vitamin D - this is highly recommended in pregnancy and given its winter even doubly so and can help with mood too.
@Lauren yeah i’ve been taking vit D throughout but don’t notice it does anything, hopefully it is helping baby in some way but from a mood perspective it does nothing. I take the recommended dose but i do think a lot of it is to do with little exercise/getting outside in sunlight. Heard a few people mention Lumie so clearly they are a good brand
@Klára do you use it during pregnancy? I’m yet to see my midwife to ask if they’re safe during!
