I keep on seeing adverts on the crawling crab? Is this a good purchase and how do you adjust the settings to go left and right?

Tiktok ones definitely do not have motion detection or obstacle detection. It goes left to right in no order and usually just runs away from where it's supposed to be. I have seen people use it inside a hoola hoop, but that also doesn't work as it just stops when it hits something rather than bouncing back, if that makes sense.
We got gifted one but it just makes my little girl cry. It’s quite intense 😂
