I have no experience but I did see somebody say they could talk through Braxton hicks but found it very difficult through labour contractions
I didn't get any at all with my first pregnancy so don't be worried if you don't either. Labour contractions are very sharp, mine started in my back and after a few hours I also had them across the front. Everyone says it, but honestly you will know when it's labour x
I didn’t get them at all in my first pregnancy but started last week with them with my second. To me it’s just like period pain and they are irregular. I knew straight away that they weee braxton hicks- Trust me you will definately know when you are in labour! X

I didn’t really get them with my first pregnancy, but braxton hicks are just like a tightening all over your belly, feels abit uncomfortable, with contractions it’s like tightening, with period pains, can be pain that is in your lower back and comes around your sides, you might feel the need to stop and breathe through contractions, it’s basically way more noticeable in my opinion x
