Witchcraft and Christianity are not mutually exclusive. There are Christian witches. Witchcraft is a craft, a practice, and Christianity is a belief system. Be aware that some people you come across may argue this with you, quoting "thou shalt not suffer a witch to live" but 1) the Bible basically says to follow and believe your own way and not let others tell you how to believe, and 2) I've seen discussion about how the original text says "thou shalt not suffer a poisoner to live" similar to how the original text also says "man shall not lie with boy" *I'm not Christian but I am married to one and have had friends who were and friends who were Roman Catholic and other things, and as a preteen was interested in learning about Christianity, went to Bible camp, religious family, etc, that's where my knowledge comes from so it might not be 100% accurate*
I grew up in Eastern Europe and was christened in Eastern Orthodox tradition. I don’t observe, but know for sure that most powerful spells (death curse etc) are performed in churches or using church paraphernalia like candles 🤷🏼♀️ Obviously it’s not encouraged by the church officials, but this is what people do.
Witchcraft is not a Christian practice. If you’re on instagram check out https://www.instagram.com/tailahofficial?igsh=aXkxZDV0eHR0MDYx
There is a subreddit called r/christianwitch so I def think you can find like minded people. I personally don’t subscribe to a religion, but you can def find like minded witches out there. 😊 You aren’t alone.
