Is anyone else’s baby like super gormless all the time? 😂

My baby literally has her mouth gaping open all the time when people are talking to her and has this look in her eyes like nothing is going on in there 😆 (she does make eye contact when doing this) She obviously smiles and laughs too but she does this gormless thing a lot 😅 I’ve noticed my friends babies that are similar age are far more animated and engaged She doesn’t sleep well day or night so I’ve always put it down to being tired??

Is she mouth breathing?

My little girl does it when she's concentrating really hard on something but it can be funny and shocking all at the same time. Her favourite time to do it is when she's locked eyes with someone eating 😅😂

That might be why her mouth is open, possibly she can’t breathe through her nose. That could be why her sleep is crap too

@Kierrah wow, thank you for this! A lot of this sounds quite familiar to be honest.. she’s been unwell for almost 2 months now though with one bad illness after the next. I’m hoping that’s why there might be congestion, I’m definitely going to keep my eye on it once she’s finally better ❤️ x
