Feeling guilty

Does anyone else feel guilty about their nutrition during pregnancy? When y I first found out I was pregnant I was doing really well with eating healthy, balanced meals and I’m not sure what happened, but I started to fall off and have not been able to get back on board. I am a service worker so I often get out of work late and by the time I get home from work I will stop and get something to eat along the way because it’s so late to make a meal or cook. But I find myself doing this a little more frequently than normal because of fatigue and it’s really starting to bother me. I’m wondering if anyone else out there is feeling this way too or any solutions to help remedy and get me back on track 🩷

I am not a medical professional, but I'd say take your prenatals, try to keep some healthy snacks in your purse/car (granola bars, etc.) and just do the best you can. Unless you have additional health risks, you're probably just fine. ♥️

I do meal prepping that helps with my long days in the medical field. I have also do Factor and Freshly meals - basically just have to microwave but healthier then “tv dinners”

I feel guilty all the time! I occasionally succeed in eating healthy but often I don't and I also eat out a lot. I try to eat a handful of pumpkin seeds or nuts when I realize I've had a less than nutritious day but I try to remind myself that babies will take what they need from our stores. And I also try to be decent about my prenatals.
