This happened to me with both my pregnancies. The first one at 30 weeks I started hypoing and having to reduce basal and carb ratios and then at 33 weeks I had my son as my hypos were so frequent and my insulin requirements were incredibly low. My second son was born at 35 weeks after I started having random hypos, ones that would happen hours and hours after eating and in the middle of the night and I was told couldn’t be because of potential miscalculations/human error
@Lucy really interesting thanks for sharing. I’ve reduced my basal and bolus , I did contact my dsn and the department but no one ever got back to me. Hoping all is okay, but really noticed how I’m needing to change my rates. It seems to be settling but am a bit nervous about what all this means!
Mine did this and I added in snacks (especially overnight) I think little one is eating everything
