@Dakota how do you know? I’m having lots of meltdowns with my son at the minute and I have no idea what to do for him!
@Emma They’re all so different so it’s very specific to your kiddo. Are you noticing consistent meltdowns at certain times or with certain activities/environments?

@Dakota I think a big one for me is the toilet!! He will fight and fight. Bedtime can also be a nightmare but most of the time that is my fault letting him get too tired! Obviously 9/10 I just let him have his meltdown and just calmly carry on but when you have got to get him somewhere, it’s hard to be that relaxed!
