Our health visitor explained it to us as while you’re not around they almost forget about you because they’re distracted and having fun and then they see you again and are like ‘hey, I really like being with you and you left me, I want you back now’. It’s really hard but see it as the fantastic bond you have and have lots of cuddles to reunite 😊 x
That's totally normal and shows you have a good attachment with the child! If they were not upset then that's more so something to worry about 😂 as long as it doesn't last too long and they give you a cuddle and stuff after then it's nothing to worry about, the opposite!
My LO is the same. My mam is a retired nursery nurse and she said it’s normal, they are just overwhelmed with emotions and that’s how it sometimes comes out. It actually means they are happy to see you but just can’t express it fully yet xx
