@Hollie no she almost straightens herself out like she goes she stiff and then if we put her over the shoulder and she’s bent over s bit she calms instantly but then we bring her back to feed her and she fusses again xx
Not burping enough or formula is making her upset
@Nicole we’ve used the same formula since the beginning, we did switch to comfort a couple weeks ago as she was very colicky, should we go back to the original?
@Chloe if she wasn't doing it before then yes but you might be able to find a sensitive version of the formula for the one you are using. My daughter has to use sensitive one because it us hard for her to break down the proteins. Could be the same. Enfamil gentlease helped my daughter so much. It can also take up to two weeks to see change. It can also be overfeeding him or her which can cause pain. LO could be crying because they don't want more. Switching bottles can help, too. Might be getting too much air. Try gas drops too if you can.
If she is only a month old, I’m not sure I would put too much credence in what she did before. In my experience (and is only a sample of one baby) for the first couple of weeks they eat and sleep and don’t necessarily have the energy or cognisance to react. So just cos a milk appeared to be fine for those first 2-3 weeks, might not mean much.
Does she arch her back? If so could be reflux causing her pain when eating?
