I had my baby girl at age 42!!!

She’s two weeks old now and I’ll be turning 43 in exactly SIX WEEKS! I hope this is inspiration for someone. She was conceived naturally and I carried for exactly 40 weeks - and then was induced. So she’s a due date baby: October 1st 😍 We couldn’t be happier. And we’re leaving the door open for one more baby if it’s God’s will. 🩷

Congratulations! She is beautiful! 🥰

Biggest congratulations! I had my first at 42 and we are trying again (just turned 44) xx

Congratulations! She is beautiful 😍 This gives me hope. I’m 43, TTC baby #6, (4 boys, one girl. She is the youngest and is 15, desperate for a baby brother), healthiest I’ve ever been, hubs too. We’ve been praying to God 🙏🏻

Congrats! How long did she take you to conceive ? :)

@JoJo good luck to you! I’m hoping this is my month too 🙏🏼

Oh my goodness congratulations 🎉🎉🎉

@Jayne I got pregnant in January 2023 (age 41) which unfortunately ended in miscarriage in March of that year. After a little break, we started trying again. Conceived again in January 2024 (age 42) and now here she is! 🩷

@Taylor keep inspiring us! I feel like time is running out and we are on our last drug assisted cycle now. I’m only just 44 so hoping there still one egg that is another earth child ✨

@Yog I turn 43 today and we’re going to start TTC again probably summer 2025 🥰

2 month checkup at the pediatrician is on Monday! 🩷

@Taylor happy birthday! Oh goodness your baby is so beautiful! Her outfit is so cute! I’m on my last cycle of ovulation induction and hoping it works! 🙏🏼

@JoJo how are you getting on hun?

@Yog hey, lovely.. I’m okay, thank you. No luck with conceiving yet 😔 we’ve been trying for a year now but I think I’m in perimenopause. My AF came on time this week (Monday), really heavy and clots, today it’s the thinnest, slightest pink only when I wipe 🤷🏻‍♀️ I think my time is practically gone 😔 xx

@JoJo sorry to hear that. Still keep trying, you never know if you have a good egg popping out… it might just be an odd cycle!

@Yog you’re right. I think I’m going to try the Coq10 and see how I get on after a couple of months of that. Apparently many women have a better egg quality after just 60 days. I just need to find the brand to go with x

@JoJo you need ubiquinol q10. You can get it on Amazon xx

@Yog thank you. I am ordering it next week. I read that the boots own brand are the best xx

Congratulations! We used to chat earlier this year when I was preggo at 41, I miscarried in May and started trying again in July, we’re going into month 6 now, had blood work done and all looks well for my age. She’s absolutely beautiful and gives me hope! ❤️

Aww congratulations she's gorgeous 😍 definitely gives me.hope xxx

@JoJo I used CoQ10 when I was TTC at 41 (MMC 💔) and 42 (healthy baby girl).

Congrats @Taylor! That’s amazing news 💕

@Taylor your baby is just gorgeous and CONGRATULATIONS on your amazing news! I’m genuinely so made up for you, and out gives the ladies of advanced fertility age so much hope. We did our last round of ovulation induction and were unsuccessful (from the start of across due to the clinic decision so I love and learn). We are now considering ivf but it’s so much money for such a low chance. Did anyone who was successful have their AMH and antral follicle count done? Xx

Thank you so much, ladies!!! I have an appointment Monday Feb 10 and Monday Feb 24. I’ll be sure to keep everyone posted! And baby girl’s 4 month appointment went great. Nothing spectacular. She’s around 50th percentile in both height and weight. 😂 Very boring, very average baby. But the main thing is she’s meeting all of her milestones and is very healthy! 🥹

@Yog We were going to do IVF if I hadn’t gotten pregnant naturally. I was actually going to see a fertility specialist in January 2024 to get tested for all the things! That’s the month I ended up pregnant with my little girl. 🩷

@Taylor I’ve just seen a new clinic whilst working overseas just to get an opinion. The doctor has started me on another cycle of ovulation induction but I’ve done rather a lot of that, but I don’t think I have enough follicles to justify IVF. It’s a real tough one! I’m so pleased your baby is doing really well. You’ll be weaning soon! ☺️

@Yog I wish I had some words of wisdom for you. I was literally weeks away from getting all of those things tested before I fell pregnant in January 2024. We even upgraded our health insurance, which was quite a lot of money (we’re in the states) in order to be able to have some of those things covered.

@Taylor the U.K. is crazy expensive for ivf etc. I conceived my first baby first try but it seems too late for a second one with my own eggs and I still can’t believe it. May I ask how old your partner is? Maybe I can blame my husband 🤣🤣🤣🤣
