Postpartum hair

I’m 3 months postpartum and my hair is falling out a lot!! My hair was so thick and healthy but everytime I brush my hair or take my bobble out there’s so much hair, I’m paranoid my hair is thinning, does anyone have any tips on how to keep my hair from falling out, I’m on a healthy diet aswell and constantly drinking water every single day.. any products anyone can recommend?? Would be massively appreciated ❤️

It will stop, it's part of the joys of post partum. While you were pregnant your hair basically doesn't fall out as much due to your hormones. Your hairs now restarted it normal cycle but this means hair starts to fall out because a load didn't do their normal cycle while you where pregnant. Caffine shampoo I've found helps reduce the fall out as my hair normally falls out in clumps anyways unless I use it

take postpartum vitamins. it doesn't matter how healthy your hair was before, you have lost vitamins and nutritions while pregnant so your hair will fall out. you just need those vitamins back.

I’m the same at the moment.. my baby girl is 16 weeks and so much hair has been falling out I don’t know how I’m not bald. Helen you’re explanation was great and makes sense

Mine started falling out at 3 months, im now 4 months, and it falls out constantly washing, brushing, just running my hands through it 🤔 but its still there and dosent seem to feel any thinner/thicker so i wouldnt worry too much x vitimins always help
