Sore tongue
My little girl has been complaining today that her tongue hurts and having looked at it she’s got these small spots on her tongue. Does anyone know what this could be please

No spots anywhere else at all, so not sure. Do you always get on hand, foot and mouth or can you get in just one place. She also hasn’t been ill at all, no temperature or anything
Some children can get it in one place or it could be early. Some don't feel unwell with it but it could be something else. Has she eaten something too hot?
I would say HFM, they look like ulcers/blisters. Or has she burnt her mouth on some hot food
