Colossal questions on YouTube got my toddler to stop picking the scab on her cheek 🤷♀️ she’s also learning a decent amount of French for a 2 year old lol
My girl has learnt so much from her tablet x
@Victoria love that 😂
@Tessa yeah I was having an issue with my son not wanting to hold my hand in busy places and he watched something on there and holds my hand all the time now! I love that she’s learning French 🥰
@Amy same! I think people hear screen time and just think they’re watching rubbish like teletubbies all the time x
Agreed. Helped my son with his speech, not just pronouncing them but all so the amount of words. It helps their imagination. Seeing situations on the tv the acting them out then we do “what if this person/car went here instead” they’ve gone shopping let’s now act out the shopping. It allows them to see different things to ask different questions. My son also has learnt a ridiculous amount of dino and animal facts and teaches us.
Some children learn better with visuals and songs to remember and some have better concentration with learning this way. Some teaching in early years is through songs and videos. I don't see a problem, he is happy and learning x
Yes, my toddler likes to correct me when I tell her a caterpillar becomes a butterfly. “No, a chrysalis” she tells me
