Those of you that suspect their child might be on the spectrum. Do you think is better to keep them at home and maybe get them to do speech therapy . Or have u placed them in nursery does that disrupt them ?

Trust your mom gut. Also, I, personally, am a huge advocate for early intervention…get the evaluation or at least call the office to see if your child sounds like a candidate at this time.
I have a 17month that has come into my care and she is so behind for her age and now she is at it and speech every week
Plus goes to daycare 5 days a week

How old is your baby? I just had an early intervention meeting for my youngest, who's 19m to see if he'd qualify for speech therapy, although he didn't qualify right now, it was still really helpful for me and learning his little language! Do I think he still might have a learning disability? Possibly, but do what you think is best! Some kids thrive learning from others, and some kids like to learn by themselves!
