I still had a loose pulling feeling 8 months pp. I went to a specialist every week for 2 months and did exercises every night and it helped a lot.

@Grayson what exercises did you do please?

I did about 8 different exercises and I’m sorry I don’t have the time to describe each one, but look on youtube and you’ll find some great stuff. There are classic exercises that should help if you’re not able to see a pelvic floor physical therapist in person.
