Sterilising
I pump after feeds and use a hakka during feeds for let down do i need to wash and sterilise these after each use or can i just wash them finding it hard to do all of that between feeds. LO is 6 weeks.

I was told you only need to sterilize if your lo is premature or sick. I pump and use the Hakka and only wash with bottle specific soap.
I was told by my lactation consultant to wash/rise with hot water throughout the day and sterilise everything once a day
I was told you only need to sterilise once a day but preferably rinse stuff out. If you’re using your Hakka for let down you can sterilise once a day, and keep in a bag in the fridge after use until next one! I do this with my Hakka and my pump parts as suggested by a midwife :)
