Not saying you should take this advice but my doctor told me your baby gets all of its nutrients from the yolk sac until the placenta is fully formed and to not be worried about anything I did before I found out I was pregnant. (2 shots of whiskey and sushi lol) even if that’s true I still understand feeling guilty so maybe if you go out, keep it to 1-2 drinks 🤷♀️

Most people don't even know they're pregnant at this stage, so having a few drinks would be fine
