Yup, it may get worse as pregnancy progresses then tends to get better at the very end as your placenta stops working so hard. With that said, besides a bad week at 35 weeks, mine has been pretty stable the whole time.
@Kaylee yeah white chocolate and strawberries cereal made mine over 8 so had to give that up 😂😂
I was bad between 30-36 now at 36.5 it's not as bad I can now have chocolate 😂
GD update: Mines got a bit worst recently but hoping it’s just because I have been eating too many carbs - haven’t been really sticking to the 1/4 of the plate rule for carbs. This week hasn’t been so bad so hoping it was a one off with a few days of higher readings. They have suggested metformin but would rather not be on it at the moment so observing blood sugars for another week or so ❤️
I'm 37 weeks and can pretty much each anything apart from chocolate shreddies 🤣 diagnosed at 29 weeks. I included tea and biscuits in most of my dinner time readings and never got a high.
