I did it every day for almost a week leading up to my labor and if nothing else it was relaxing and a good way to connect with my body.
The nurses had me do it during my induction to get baby boy to move down. It didn’t really help and one of the positions was making his heart rate drop, so they told me skip that part. Since that didn’t help they had me lay with a peanut pillow in the cowgirl pose (I think it was called). That helped move him down.
I’m 39 wks using it to encourage labor to start aaand, it’s hasn’t been working 😅
