I understand the feeling
I understand. My son has cousins but they won't travel to us and there is an age gap. He had friends, but I blew that up for him when I lost my job. He went to school where I worked. I have 2 friends with kids. 1 we see maybe twice a year as they live 5 hours away. The other we don't get to see to often either as someone is also sick and they live about 45 minutes away. We have just decided not to have a party for our sons 3rd birthday and will focus on spending time together as a family. We are taking him to the zoo just us, we had dinner with my family and will go to a park or the beach with my partners family. Out of curiosity, is it 2 because they are her friends and the only 2 invited or 2 because everyone else cancelled? I'm sorry you are feeling this way and wish we could turn up to celebrate your little girl ❤️
