Tippy Toes
My LO walks flat footed but randomly he will walk on his tippy toes. Is this normal? In shoes he walks normally as well.

Yes normal! As long as your child is Able to go flat footed nothing to worry about!
My brother used to walk on his tippy toes all the time as a kid and to think about it I think I did too until I noticed it, then I trained myself to stop and walk normal. I heard it means something but I don’t remember what. I think for us it may have been habit or something. The difference between your kiddo and me and my brother is that your child only does it sporadically
