Expired Breastmilk Update

Expired breast milk and we are now changing our position on using expired breastmilk for milk baths or for your baby’s skin. We not recommend using for breastmilk jewelry or other preservation alternatives or even discarding it if necessary. What are your thoughts? I would love to have a respectful dialogue on this topic in the comments below. We know that some of you may still decide to use expired breastmilk on your baby’s skin…but we want you to make an informed decision and do what is best for you, but we commit to only sharing the safest practices on this platform. Although I know I did use expired breastmilk for milk baths, we only want to share the safest practices on this platform.
