First time mama is this normal?

My little one is 13 months, he is constantly on the go I mean constantly, there is no chill 😅 he isn’t walking just yet but is so busy, into everything crawling everywhere so fast, into plugs, the dog bowls, anything he shouldn’t have, I say no but he doesn’t get it, move him away goes back again. Even bed times now he has figured out how to get off the bed himself so won’t even sit down for a story, it’s exhausting ! Is this normal, when do they want snuggle up to you 😂 is this a phase is this normal, is everyone else the same?! He also doesn’t play with things he just launched toys across the room 🤣

Completely normal! This will probably be the case for a while. My almost 3 year old didn’t have the desire or ability to sit down and cuddle until he was closer to 2 probably

Yes, it is normal, I have two boys and they have both been like this. So much energy all the time and putting the two together just amps it up 🥲

I have a girl and she is the same. She can walk too but she’s basically a whirlwind all of the time unless she is asleep. It’s exhausting 😂. My sisters two (2 and 3) will happily sit, cuddle and watch tv for a couple of hours and have done since they were young. My lo will sit for approximately 30 secs before she is off again 🙈

God thank god it’s not just me 😂😂 I don’t know where he gets all his energy!!!
