Check your email for a tracking number for the return. . If shein does it well, then they should have had a label you could print off, then affix to the package.... Then tape that onto it and seal or reseal, then send it on its merry way . ( This is how Amazon does returns)

How are they taking money? Did you use something like Klarna to pay? As if so, you can pause the payments on there and register a return xx
