@Sarnjeet thanks for the suggestions, absolutely hates porridge & weetabix!! She also has a slight egg allergy and milk intolerance so maybe that why im finding it more difficult 🥲 but will try to separate the toppings from the toast and see how she gets on !
For us its yoghurt! Probably just a phase. You could try things similar to toast like toasted crumpet or pancake to broaden her textures a little bit, as long as shes getting offered things like fruit and veg and dairy alongside I wouldnt worry
Keep offering the other foods, even if they have one bite or refuse it. Use alternative starches like rice, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, pasta/spaghetti. It's also normal for a lot of food wastage at this age until like 2. Try only making small batches and freezing the rest or eating the rest yourself. If you have a dog and the leftovers are dog safe, add to their bowl! Some ideas: For breakfast, try porridge or eggs and yoghurt with fruit. For lunch, jacket potatoes with beans and cheese, cucumber and cottage cheese with fruit. For dinner, spag bol, broccoli, cheese cubes and fruit. Offer the toppings you usually put on toast as single items and see if that also works.
