I feel ya with the relentless toddler side of things 🫠 I had just had an intensive course of b12 injections when I fell pregnant and I have more energy this pregnancy from it for sure! Maybe take some extra b12 on top of the normal pregnancy vitamins? 🙂
I’ve started taking a pregnancy multivitamin and that’s really helped with my energy levels. A refreshing smoothie with lots of fruit and a bit of veg helps too. Hope you feel better soon xx
