Sterilising

Other than bottles that I know have to be sterilised while using formula, what are you still sterilising? Dummies, beakers, spoons etc? I've been told I don't need to sterilise now but not sure if that applies to everything? Also, are you still giving cooled boiled water to drink or normal tap water now 6months?

I only sterilise bottles and always have only sterilised bottles. And we have a filter just so we give water from that.

You only need to sterilise anything that comes into contact with formula so bottles and only bowls/ spoons etc if you add formula to food you can use cows milk instead then you don't need to sterilise anything else. I still do dummies as he often gets milky sick on them. And you can give tap water not boiled from 6 months

Baby doesn’t have bottles or dummies, so I don’t sterilise anything. Just wash spoons, bowls etc like normal and rinse chew toys

Nothing, no formula so no need. And tap water is fine

Bottles & dummies. Dummies purely because it’s easy to just stick them in at the end of the day (steam steriliser). Just tap water after 6 months x
