Juice or squash was the only thing that worked for me, as quick as possible when I woke up and it would help with the sickness and the taste
I had morning sickness (or in fact all day nausea) until 14 weeks. At around 12 weeks I got prescribed meds but they didn't work. It was awful - felt like I was hungover for weeks. But it did go!! Sorry that you are struggling
I had sickness for 5 months in my pregnancy worst time ever lol
Make sure the water you are drinking is cold. Idk why, but anything hot/warm would make me feel even worse.
I don't have it (yet fingers crossed, I'm 5 weeks and 2 days) but if I get it, I'll be taking these Natures Aid Ginger Root 500 mg 90 Tablets (Botanical Supplement, Providing Gingerols and Shogaols, Vegan Society Approved, Made in the UK) https://amzn.eu/d/9r82ox6

Oh yea and anything ginger flavoured helped. Biscuits, ginger tea or shots did it for me.
