My husband is having errection issues for a few months. That’s really impacting our relationship. Our sex life was terrible before and now it’s become more complicated as he doesn’t get hard. He claims he’s having premature ejaculation. I don’t know how to deal with this situation and who do I address it to.

Encouraging him to visit a professional, such as a general practitioner or urologist. They can help diagnose any underlying physical causes. It could be hormonal imbalances, blood flow issues, or side effects from medications. Lifestyle changes can help too. Does he exercise? Drink a lot of alcohol?

Chinese acupuncture and herbs. Make sure you go to a good one.

Also, diet, is he drinking a lot of coffee? Energy drinks? Process foods? Alcohol?

He drinks a lot of coke so I’m assuming that could be the reason! Also he doesn’t do any sort of exercise so it’s just worrying. He recently had a diabetic test which was on the higher side. So I’m just worried how to help out and see if it could be reversed.
