I think any large change in movement should probably be reported and they may or may not want to see you. It’s anything ‘unusual’ I believe
Hi, I’m a midwife and if someone rang me about this I’d invite them in for a bit of monitoring
This happened to me. She suddenly overnight became really active and moved constantly for about 10 hours so I ended up calling triage and they reassured me that them being a bit more active was nothing to worry about. She said if it became really erratic and continued into the next day then call back but otherwise was nothing to worry about. She has remained more active than she was but it has fallen back into a regular pattern. I think the kicks are just much more powerful and she is more squashed now. If you feel worried though call triage as they will be able to reassure you.
